Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting is collaborating with our client in the St. Pete/Clearwater area who is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to their team. Our client is adding quite a few jobs this year so they will need a solid player who can proactively sourcing, identifying, and place top talent.  The position is contract to hire allowing the client and candidate to make sure this is the right fit.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal leaders and decision makers to understand/qualify their talent needs and build a plan for success
  • Create talent pipelines through online resources, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
  • Conduct full-life cycle recruiting for positions in many different areas of the company
  • Actively and continually assess candidates for talent, fit, and succession potential
  • Drive programs such as college relations, career fairs, employee referrals, and social media utilization

Requirements

  • 5+ years sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers
  • Degree preferred
  • Be able to translate talent needs of the business into people solutions
  • Be a person of influence internally and externally
  • Must be able to balance multiple requisitions at varying stages of the recruitment process
  • Know how to use multiple, creative methods to identify and source top talent
  • Be able to educate hiring managers at all levels about the recruitment process
  • Non – Smoker
