Warren Averett is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our Birmingham, AL office. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as co-receptionist for front desk
  • Establish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Assist in completing projects and through analysis and presentation of information
  • Responsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintaining emails, memos, etc…)
  • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
  • Assist with projects such as processing tax returns, financial statements, and additional, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  •  Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
