Job Description:

Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an established client in the Huntsville, AL area. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant administrative experience and professional attitude / demeanor. Recent graduates with internship experience in administration are welcome.


  • Coordinate meetings and events with senior-level officials
  • Prepare informative briefings and present PowerPoint presentations to senior-level officials
  • Manage telecommunication and email correspondence
  • Perform basic-level project management / ad hoc tasks such as budgeting, cost projecting, etc.
  • Receive incoming calls, referring to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, etc.
  • Other administrative duties as needed


  • Associates degree or higher in any subject area preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant administrative business experience
  • Excellent grammar and ability to compose business correspondence
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Must have exceptional skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (photo/video editing skills are a plus)
  • Must be open to learning and growing
  • Ability to multi-task
