Warren Averett is looking for an experienced Administrative professional for our Mobile, AL office. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience.


  • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
  • Establish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Assist in completing projects through analysis and presentation of information
  • Responsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintain e-mails, memos, etc…)
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly by managing all aspects of the office (ordering supplies, working with vendors and the property management company, etc…) 
  • Assist with additional tasks/projects, as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently, and effectively under pressure
