Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Corporate Trainer to join an established company headquartered in Birmingham, AL. The Corporate Trainer is responsible for overseeing the training function, conducting training, and developing curricula.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare training courses
  • Organize and promote training courses
  • Prepare teaching materials
  • Develop and deliver all learning activities
  • Provide thorough instruction related to all software applications
  • Provide training on a one on one basis and in classroom settings
  • Instruct users on a daily basis and field questions as needed
  • Work with Management and users to develop and implement a training plan
  • Stay current on technology and keep instructional manuals current
  • Schedule and conduct New Hire training
  • Publish a monthly training schedule to meet those needs
  • Conduct scheduled classes on firm software both in person and via Webinar
  • Conduct brief training sessions for attorneys in Practice Group meetings
  • Develop eLearning videos
  • Manage the LMS (Learning Management System)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years software training experience, preferably in a legal field
  • Must be proficient in all MS applications and Adobe
  • Some knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and flexible
