Warren Averett Staffing and Recruiting is looking for an experienced Professional to serve the dual role of Executive Assistant and Administrative Manager for an established company in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
  • Establish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Assist in completing projects and through analysis and presentation of information
  • Responsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintaining emails, memos, etc…)
  • Assist with projects, as needed
  • Oversee 15 office personnel
    • Scheduling, Overtime and Conflict Resolution
  • Maintain Schedules
  • Provide training, as needed, individually
  • Lead monthly administrative staff meetings
    • Professionalism, Client Service Principles and Administrative Training
  • Facilitate webinars and roundtables
  • Communicate between different departments 
  • Work with executives to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure all policies and procedures are in place

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
