Warren Averett Staffing and Recruiting is looking for an Executive Assistant for a growing health care management company in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk duties – welcoming guests, handling incoming compliance calls, etc.
  • Assist with some accounting duties as assigned – payroll, benefit enrollment, and spreadsheet creation
  • Coordinate special projects assigned by directors, executives and the owner
  • Effectively multi task and communicate effectively with internal and external employees
  • Planning of events, meeting, and travel
  • Coordinate shipping means
  • Assist the recruiter with resume sourcing
  • Manage expenses for directors and executives

Requirements

  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi task
  • Be a clear, effective communicator
  • Strong experience with Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables)
  • Tech savvy and ability to learn new software
  • Previous experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
