Warren Averett Staffing and Recruiting is looking for an experienced office professional for our Huntsville, AL office. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the printing and assembling all tax returns and audited financial statements for the Huntsville office
  • Assist with facilities maintenance:
    • Set up offices for new employees to ensure they have a clean work space with the proper supplies
    • Take down and clean out offices of employees that have departed the Company
  • Assist with Administrative work, as needed
    • Assist with answering the phones
    • Assist with scheduling for clients and employees
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Assist with additional projects/initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Specifically Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
  • Positive, "can do" attitude required
